       They say that customers are God, and we have to provide for them, but sometimes it’s even useless to call them "God". Because customers also have their "God"!!!!!

       What we want to share today: an order for an extremely "abnormal and complex" processing technology, a high-precision intelligent IOT molded case circuit breaker that we have never made before delivered within 10 days!! See how our team works together to solve the problem.

     On September 20, we just received an order for 180 high-precision intelligent IOT molded case circuit breakers, including 80 sets of 630 frame size and 100 sets of 400 frame size. (Cough, first of all, although we are a professional manufacturer of molded case circuit breakers, it is the first time to make high-precision intelligent IOT molded case circuit breakers.) The customer asked us to deliver the goods on October 8th.

     From the date of delivery, minus 2 days and 4 days of holidays, the working days are 12.

     The thermal element designated by the customer arrived on the 28th, and the transformer arrived on October 3rd, which means that we cannot even carry out the most basic welding work. After that, we only have 5 days to "rush"! ohno！

     This welding and assembly has to be carried out for 2~3 times, which means that the workshop workers have to run back and forth between the second floor and the third floor. (Our second floor is the spot welding workshop, and the third floor is the assembly workshop. All right, you can start to imagine)

     Look at this picture. Now I want to explain the processing technology that is beyond our comprehension (the operation required by the customer is all right anyway, we will do it)

     First, place the ABC 3 thermal elements, insert yellow, red and blue wires (transformer), and insert high-precision transformer into the soft connection. Wow, I tell you, high-precision transformer is not a mess, and we should also focus on the color in the order of yellow, green and red, and there are still directions that must be left!!! We need to spend three more brains thinking about this.

     Second, when installed, we will go downstairs to weld the moving contact. You can see that this is the second welding! Oh, it's not right. It will break up as soon as we grasp it. There is a problem with this process. Therefore, we have to constantly let the process, R&D and workshop negotiate together to improve the process and efficiency. So then!! We removed the red circle on the right of the above figure and separated ABC 3 items to set the transformer.

     We separate the ABC 3 items to set the transformer, and then pull it to the second floor to weld the moving contact (see, this is the normal process, it doesn't matter, anyway, for the first time, we will be wiser next time!)

     Well, these are not things at all. Now we need to challenge the real problems. We can make delivery within 2 days. Let's imagine in advance that our high-precision intelligent IOT molded case circuit breaker has several major steps: mounting the base, welding the conductive system, threading the shaft, general support, installing the armature, debugging, and installing the middle cover 

     We have done what we can do first: assembly, welding and general support of parts and components first, and the rest will come one after another. We are now simulating the automation process of the whole machine (rest assured, we have planned the automation process workshop again, and we will give you a preview in advance).

     So... a day passed, oh, no~! A lot of bad things have happened again.

     Although our customer kept pressing us to finish, he didn’t let me go even during the National Day holiday, we guaranteed every complete machine product. Even one component must be tested! We always adhere to: must be responsible for customers! Never be perfunctory! Even the boss gave an order: they were required to complete the delivery with quality and quantity guaranteed according to the customer's requirements. The first batch delivery must pay attention to punctuality and high quality!

     OK。 A small shift will be added on the 6th to complete the semi complete machine. A complete machine inspection will be carried out tomorrow, and the goods will be delivered on the 8th. Congratulation！！！ The delivery date of the AceReare team is not boastful. It's the first time!!
